The next Wakefield Democratic Town Committee monthly meeting is this Wednesday, November 12 at 7PM. We will meet in the Heritage Room at the Americal Civic Center.
We have a few candidates for the Sixth Congressional District (ours) joining us to introduce themselves. We’ll also discuss our next Big Blue Breakfast.
Also, in an effort to counter the cruelty of the Trump administration, we will be collecting donations to benefit the Wakefield Food Pantry. If you can spare a few dollars, please help us to help the food pantry during this season while SNAP benefits are on hold and the government is shut down. If you want to track your donation for tax purposes, please make out a check to the Wakefield Food Pantry.
Don will bring the cash and checks to the food pantry some time the following week.
